Cancellation Policy for Private Tours:

• Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance: Full deposit refunded.

• Cancellations made 29 to 10 days in advance: 50% of the total tour cost charged.

• Cancellations made within 10 days of the tour start date: 100% of the total tour cost.

Cancellation Policy for Group Tours:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more in advance: Full deposit refunded.

• Cancellations made 59 to 21 days in advance: 50% of the total tour cost charged.

• Cancellations made within 20 days of the tour start date: 100% of the total tour cost.

Cancellation Policy for Last-Minute Bookings:

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour start date: Full deposit will be forfeited.
