Where is your personal information processed?
Elixir Morocco operates on a global level. Personal information about you will be accessible to our offices in Switzerland and selected third parties in EEA, the UK and transferred to Morocco, the location of our operational business.
Whenever Personal Data is transferred to entities established outside of the country of origin, European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland or UK, whose laws may not afford the same level of protection as the one afforded inside the EEA, Switzerland and UK, we will take appropriate safeguards to ensure that your Personal Data is secured at an essentially equivalent level of data protection as the country of origin in accordance with applicable data privacy laws including but not limited to the new Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) as well as the Law of Morocco No 09-08, dated February 18, 2009 relating to protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and its implementation Decree n° 2-09-165 of May 21, 2009.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data submitted from loss, misuses, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Data Retention
Personal data will only be stored as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes and respective obligations related to such data, for which it was collected, subject to local laws. Your information that is no longer needed and if you decide to withdraw your consent for any promotional activities, is securely destroyed.
