Welcome to Morocco! Upon your arrival in Fes, you’ll be greeted and transferred to your riad in the heart of the old medina. Take some time to relax and soak in the ambiance of this historic city. If time permits, enjoy a short stroll through the medina’s lively streets, giving you a taste of the culture and atmosphere.Accommodation: Traditional riad in Fes

Spend the day exploring Fes, the spiritual and cultural heart of Morocco. Begin with a visit to the Fes el Bali Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its narrow streets filled with bustling markets and traditional workshops, including the iconic Chouara Tanneries. Key highlights include Al Quaraouiyine University, the world’s oldest still-operating university, and the beautiful Bou Inania and Al Attarine Madrasas, celebrated for their impressive architecture. You’ll also visit the sacred Zaouia Moulay Idriss II shrine and admire the exterior of the Royal Palace while exploring the Fes el Jdid district.

Depart from Fes and heading North towards the picturesque Blue City of Chefchaouen, nestled in the Rif Mountains. Visit the Kasbah Museum, explore the charming Uta el-Hammam square, and relax by the Ras El Maa waterfall. Depart Chefchaouen and journey south, passing through scenic mountain landscapes. Stop along the way in small Berber villages to experience the local way of life. Arrive in Midelt, a peaceful town in the high-altitude plains between the Middle and High Atlas Mountains, often called the “apple capital” of Morocco.

Depart from the peaceful town of Midelt, nestled in the Middle Atlas Mountains, and begin your journey south towards the Sahara Desert. As you drive, enjoy the changing landscapes of the High Atlas and the vast open spaces that characterize the region. Travel through the Ziz Valley, an oasis of palm groves and dramatic gorges. Stop at panoramic viewpoints along the way to capture the beauty of this fertile valley.

Continue towards Erfoud, known for its fossil workshops. Take time to explore the fascinating local geology and observe the intricate fossil pieces created by local artisans. As the day progresses, arrive in Merzouga, the gateway to the iconic Erg Chebbi dunes. Unwind and relax at your riad, preparing for the desert adventure that awaits the next day.

After breakfast, embark on a full day of desert adventures around Merzouga. Start with a visit to the nearby Khamlia village, renowned for its vibrant Gnawa music. Here, you’ll enjoy a traditional music performance and gain insight into the rich cultural heritage of this community.Around midday, enjoy a unique Berber lunch, featuring the delicious and traditional Berber pizza,(Medfona ) a stuffed bread cooked  and filled with meat, spices, and vegetables—a true local specialty! In the afternoon, continue your exploration with a 4x4 tour around the Erg Chebbi dunes, visiting nomadic settlements to experience the lifestyle of local desert families. You’ll also have the chance to visit fossil sites, learning about the unique geological history of the Sahara.As evening approaches, meet your camels and set out on a beautiful sunset camel ride through the golden dunes, arriving at a traditional Berber desert camp. Upon arrival, enjoy a warm welcome and a delicious dinner around a campfire, accompanied by traditional music,  under the magical, star-studded sky of the Sahara.

After breakfast at your desert camp or riad in Merzouga, depart for the journey westward towards Skoura. Drive through the striking landscapes of the Sahara, where the vast desert stretches endlessly on both sides. As you leave Merzouga, take in the beauty of the Erg Chebbi dunes, capturing one last glimpse of the golden sands before heading into the Atlas Mountains.

Make your way through the Tafilalet region, stopping in the town of Erfoud for a visit to the fascinating fossil workshops. Here, you'll learn about the area’s ancient geological past, as the region is rich with fossils dating back millions of years. Continuing on, pass through the small villages and the arid terrain of the Ziz Valley, eventually reaching the fertile and lush palm groves of Skoura.

Once in Skoura, explore the famous Amridil Kasbah, a symbol of local architecture and history. You’ll have time to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of this oasis before settling into your accommodation for the night.

After breakfast in Skoura, begin your journey to Taroudant, often called “Little Marrakech” due to its vibrant atmosphere and historical charm. Along the way, you’ll pass through the scenic landscapes of the Atlas Mountains, with spectacular views of rugged terrain, oases, and small Berber villages.
On the way, make a stop in Ouarzazate, a town renowned for its film studios and impressive kasbahs. Here, you’ll visit Taourirt Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site, known for its beautiful architecture and historical significance. You may also choose to visit Atlas Film Studios, where famous films like Gladiator and Lawrence of Arabia were shot.
After exploring Ouarzazate, continue your journey through the striking landscape of the Anti-Atlas Mountains before arriving in Taroudant. Known for its traditional architecture, the city is surrounded by impressive red mud walls and features lively souks, where you can shop for local handicrafts such as carpets, pottery, and spices. Stroll through the streets of this charming town and immerse yourself in its vibrant atmosphere.
Enjoy an evening walk through the city, taking in the sights of the markets and historic buildings as the sun sets.

After breakfast in Taroudant, embark on a scenic journey into the heart of the Anti-Atlas Mountains. This rugged range is known for its unique landscapes, which include striking rock formations, deep valleys, and small, picturesque villages. As you drive through this remote and peaceful region, you’ll be captivated by the ever-changing scenery of towering mountains, dramatic gorges, and lush palm oases.

Upon reaching Tafraoute, you’ll discover a town that seems almost lost in time, nestled within surreal landscapes of pink granite rocks. The town is famous for its distinctive rock formations, which have been shaped by centuries of natural forces into curious shapes. One of the most famous sights in Tafraoute is the collection of painted rocks—large boulders that have been whimsically painted in vibrant colors by local artist Jean Verame. These colorful rock sculptures have become a symbol of Tafraoute and offer a unique contrast to the natural beauty of the surrounding desert landscape.

Take a guided tour through the surrounding landscapes, where you’ll have the chance to visit traditional Berber villages, interact with locals, and learn about their way of life. The town itself retains a relaxed atmosphere, offering visitors a true sense of Berber culture. You can also enjoy a hike around the area to admire the stunning views and explore the surreal rock formations.

On day 4, depart from the picturesque town of Tafraout and journey back towards the coast. Before reaching Agadir, make scenic stops at notable locations. Head towards the Massa region, where you can explore the Souss-Massa National Park, known for its diverse wildlife and stunning coastal landscapes.

After Massa, enjoy a peaceful stop at Aglou Beach, where the Atlantic Ocean meets the rocky shoreline, ideal for a relaxing stroll or simply taking in the serene atmosphere. Continue your drive to Tiznit, a town famed for its silver jewelry and traditional craftsmanship. Take some time to explore the medina and its souks, where you’ll find intricate silver items that the town is renowned for.

Finally, head back to Agadir, passing through beautiful valleys and Berber villages, where you can get a glimpse of the traditional way of life in this region.

After breakfast in Essaouira, depart for Marrakech, enjoying a scenic drive through the Moroccan countryside. Upon arrival in Marrakech, you’ll check into your accommodation and begin a guided city tour of this vibrant city. Explore the bustling medina, with its maze of narrow streets, colorful souks, and historical landmarks. Visit Jemaa el-Fna square, the lively heart of the city, and enjoy some traditional mint tea and Moroccan pastries at one of the many cafés surrounding the square. In the evening, you’ll have the chance to relax at your accommodation and perhaps explore more of Marrakech’s vibrant atmosphere or enjoy a delicious dinner at a local restaurant.

Your driver will pick you up at 8 AM from your accommodation in Marrakech and head towards Casablanca, Morocco’s bustling commercial capital. Upon arrival, you’ll visit the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, with the tallest minaret standing at 210 meters. After admiring the mosque’s stunning architecture, you’ll head to Ain Diab, Casablanca’s lively beachfront area, often referred to as "Morocco’s Miami." Take a break for lunch at one of the seaside restaurants along the "Corniche," enjoying the view of the Atlantic Ocean.

Following lunch, your journey continues to Rabat, Morocco's capital, where you’ll spend the night. In Rabat, explore the city's historical landmarks. Begin with the Oudaya Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its charming narrow streets and beautiful blue-and-white houses. You will then visit the iconic Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, two of Rabat’s most significant and well-preserved historical sites, before concluding your day in this enchanting city.

After breakfast, depart Rabat for Meknes, one of Morocco’s imperial cities. The drive takes you through scenic landscapes and small towns, giving you a glimpse of rural life in Morocco. Upon arriving in Meknes, the day begins with a visit to its grand gates, particularly the monumental Bab Mansour, one of the most famous gates in Morocco. This impressive structure, built during the reign of Sultan Moulay Ismail, stands as a testament to the grandeur of the city.

Explore the historic medina of Meknes, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where you’ll wander through its narrow streets, lined with traditional souks, and vibrant markets. Visit the old royal palace, Dar El Makhzen, and learn about the city’s rich history. Stop by the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail, the tomb of the sultan who turned Meknes into one of Morocco's most prosperous cities.

In the afternoon, head to the nearby Roman ruins of Volubilis, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Wander through this ancient city, which was once a thriving center of the Roman Empire. Explore the well-preserved mosaics, the basilica, and the grand arches that reflect Volubilis’ importance as a Roman city in North Africa. Learn about the historical significance of this site, including its role as a trade hub and its eventual decline following the Roman Empire's fall.

End your day with a visit to the beautiful Moulay Idriss, a holy town just outside Meknes, offering a stunning view of the surrounding hills and valleys.
