Begin your journey with a scenic drive from Casablanca to Ifrane, a charming town nestled in the Middle Atlas Mountains. Known as "Morocco’s Switzerland," Ifrane captivates visitors with its alpine-style architecture, lush gardens, and cool mountain air. Along the way, stop in Azrou to admire its verdant cedar forests and the playful Barbary macaques that inhabit the area. Enjoy the tranquility and unique charm of this picturesque region before reaching Ifrane, where you’ll settle in for the evening.

Leave the charming alpine town of Ifrane and journey deeper into southern Morocco, passing through the breathtaking landscapes of the Middle Atlas Mountains. Travel through the Ziz Valley, a verdant oasis adorned with endless palm groves and dramatic gorges. Stop at panoramic viewpoints to capture stunning photos of this lush region.

Continue to Erfoud, a town renowned for its fascinating fossil workshops. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to learn about the region’s rich geological history and see intricate fossil creations. In the late afternoon, arrive in Merzouga, the gateway to the majestic Erg Chebbi dunes. Relax at your riad and prepare for the desert adventure awaiting you.
